About the Event
Learn how to make your own yarn at this drop spindle spinning workshop with Kristen Judkins of Gilead Fiber Farm. You will learn about the different preparations of wool for spinning and the ancient technique of spinning on a drop spindle. It’s fun to do, and each student will receive a CD drop spindle and 4 ounces of wool with which to practice.
